#2449 Tk no longer builds correctly on Tru64

I can build and run tk 8.4.19 with no problems on HP Tru64, but 8.5.2 doesn't work. It looks like Tk adopted the TEA tcl.m4, but didn't incorporate the patch given in Tcl bug 1720242, <https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=1720242&group_id=10894&atid=310894>.

You can easily duplicate this bug by using tclsh with "package require Tk" instead of invoking wish directly.

"easily duplicate" assuming you
have a Tru 64 system. No active
Tk developers have such a system,
so it would be very helpful if you
could continue to contribute testing
efforts.
