On Windows boxes when the Remote Desktop Client
application is used with 256 colors, images such as
those in the TK Demo "Image Demonstration #1" script
do not appear.
Closing the Image Demonstration #1 toplevel causes
a "Fatal Error in Wish" The message text is "Tried to
free a color which isn't allocated".
The wish application was running on the server with a
color depth >= 16 bit
This may be followed by another fatal error:
"Tk_FreeGC received unknown gc argument"

Sorry to nag on this again, but when somebody gets time to
look at this could you also check how the colourdepth
routine handles this. The teapot background turns to an
ugly brown after a remote desktop connection (32bpp-
>16bpp). TK 8.4.12
