Here are some of the options in question:

labelframe:  -borderwidth not shown in documentation

scrollbar:   -width not shown in documentation

scale:       -width not shown in documentation

button:      -padding not shown in documentation

checkbutton: -padding not shown in documentation

radiobutton: -padding not shown in documentation

menubutton:  -padding not shown in documentation

entry:       -background -foreground -font -text  not shown in documentation
