There's a lot of truth in that - in fact I'm somewhat guilty of that viewpoint myself. On the other hand, until we can stop calling Tcl 8.5 an alpha there will be a number of people who won't or can't touch it (even allowing for the definition of alpha). Anyway, we're on the same wavelength - another topic for discussing over margaritas at the conference. ISTR that last time we arrived at the solutions for world poverty, peace in the middle east and various other topics ... but I can't remember the details :) Steve |
