How many people fiddle with the damn scrollbars anyway? | On OS X, I do fiddle with the Tile scrollbars, or rather, I call scrollbar instead of ttk::scrollbar, because the Tile scrollbars on OS X don't look right, whereas the standard Tk scrollbars are natively-drawn. It's a simple workaround. If the Tile scrollbars are still broken in the forthcoming versions, that is what I'll continue to do.
