[Tile-dev] "Thickness" of progressbars

Is there a way of increasing the "thickness" of a
ttk::progressbar? That is, increase the height for
horizontal progressbars and the width for vertical
ones. The default one is too small for WindowsXP and
OSX and does not look fully native.
