[Tile-dev] chasearrows widget & element for aqua

New code for a chasearrows widget on aqua:

I don't know if their is something similar on Windows.
Mozilla has a similar widget. In any case I could do
something similar as mozillas chasing arrows widget using
the Tk drawing. Opinions?
