[Tile-dev] Treeview widget in CVS

The treeview widget is now in CVS.

Horizontal scrolling isn't implemented yet, and I'm
not really happy with the column sizing behavior
(it really needs to be smarter about setting the initial
column widths, for one).

Performance seems OK, but I've only tested it on ridiculously
fast machines.  If anyone finds speed issues, let me know;
there's definitely room for optimization.
