#2 Possibly DB rows points non-existing photos

If something fails when resizing a photo or moving to
the correct destination, a row with the new image
remains in the DataBase.

This causes to be shown in the fotolog but with an
error in the image loading: simply doesn't exists the file.

I get that error, and doing a SQL consult is the only way to
delete an unwanted photo.
