When building on Linux from the SourceForge source tarball for 1.4.14, one of the make targets in base/Makefile.in appears to be in the wrong directory - it is not detected as a header file. Patch attached.
When building from a tarball release, not a git/svn working copy, the file manifest.uuid is given the contents "unknown". Can a suitable file manifest.uuid be included in the tarball?
