#9 inverters on switches/leds not saved

Inverters on switches and leds are not saved and do not
seem to simulate correctly. Need to fix this and test
other devices for this as well.

I don't know if this has been posted because of my post on
tkgate forum but if yes this is what i exactly found:
Inverters on switches and dips are not saved nor simulated.
but inverters on leds (every kind) IS saved and simulated
correctly.
I couldn't find any other kind of devices that didn't
wqorked correctly (and i think i tested everything for the
need of my php viewer)

This is waht I noticed on Tkgate 1.8.5 (cygwin) maybe the
led bug has been introduced in 2.0 i'll check.

I just tested with TkGate 2.0 and yes the bug has been
intrduced in this version.
