#4 Module interface autogeneration fails.
If tkGate 2.0 (preview snapshot) is not started from the command
line then auto-generation of module interfaces fails. With the
following message "Error: error writing "stdout": socket is not
connected".
This error does not appear if tkGate is started from a terminal.
