Sorry, that went away, partly for the convenience of window-manager
geeks who like to do things based on the icon name, like
Style "Tkdiff*" Icon tkdiff.xpm, MiniIcon mini/delta.xpm
Perhaps it could make a comeback in a different order.

No one has mentioned slow response to scrolling. I'm not seeing it, and
one of my test machines is an old 400MHz UltraSparc. It does take
longer for the UI to appear on the screen when invoked, because it
doesn't display until it has finished diffing the file and has something
to display, whereas it used to post and then re-draw. For a large file,
that can be a long wait on the old Sun. Out of curiosity, what version
of Tk and what OS are you running?
