Basically, yes, you should install Tcl/Tk. The easiest way (IMHO) is to =
go
to ActiveState.com and download theirs. Others may have other =
suggestions.
You'll also need a "diff" executable, as tkdiff is really just a wrapper
around the command-line version of "diff". For that, I'd just install
cygwin (personally)... I live in cygwin. There are other, standalone
implementations of diff for Windows out there, though, and they should =
also
work.
