Under the view menu ensure that "Show line Comparison Window" is checked =
and you should see a line comparison at the bottom.

Only used tkdiff once. Like it a lot.
One comment ... it would be nice if it had an option to highlight
just the characters that are different, not just the line on which the=20
difference appears.
