[Tkdiff-discuss] Stuck error message when can't access .tkcvs

When I exit tkcvs and .tkcvs isn't available (because it is on a network
drive and the network is down) then it pops up a message saying that it
can't access .tkcvs (I am not sure exactly which filename it references).
When I dismiss or "X" that message it just comes up again repeatedly.  I am
running on XP.
