Hi Tony, There used to be a turned-into-an-exe version out there somewhere, but = I'm not sure where. Basically, yes, you should install Tcl/Tk. The easiest way (IMHO) is to = go to ActiveState.com and download theirs. Others may have other = suggestions. You'll also need a "diff" executable, as tkdiff is really just a wrapper around the command-line version of "diff". For that, I'd just install cygwin (personally)... I live in cygwin.
