Debatably erroneous display/emphasis of line number for difference that has been ignored.

The main panes correctly ignore the removed empty line but the line number panes show a difference. I suppose one can justify the display of the line number (9 in this case) for the line which has no correspnding line in the other file, but I think it should not be emphasised (grey background highlight).

Although related to tickets #62 thru #64 this is about the display of line numbers. Nonetheless, if the difference has been requested to be ignored, we agree that highlighting it despite ignoring it is confusing at best. It will be repaired for the next release.
