#37 Directory status should honor Hide option

Running TkCVS 8.0.3 on Linux, I have a long-ish list of
masks in the Hide field of the main window but when I
click the Directory Status button, many files which
match those masks show up. I'd like Hide value to be
used to filter the status window contents. As it is, I
have to manually create a .cvsignore.
