#27 Install bug, requires rerunning auto_mkindex

After running the install.tcl script as root, I still
couldn't run tkinspect. The error was

Going to the /opt/tcltk/lib/tkinspect (the install
prefix was specified as /opt/tcltk), I ran auto_mkindex
which cured the problem.

The old tclIndex file is quite different; some
functions in it do not show up at all in the newly
generated one (e.g., tkinspect_exit).
