Update ctb playing field.

Add simple computer player with random moves.

Start implementation of computer player.

Add equals and hashCode for defaul dice and field moves.

Add graphics as well as sound and improve some behavior.

Improve painting of parts on playing field.

Add one validation rule when moving barrier.

Finish network game, add some rule validations.

Implementation of network transfer, incl. CtbStateData which will probably not be necessary.

Fix bug in game engine caused by automatically changing the first player of a game.
