Add a default painter for connections with arrows.

Correction of comments.

Since a code quality improvement the name of the current player was stored in save game files instead of the index of the current player.

Added a notespanel which gives the player the opportunity to enter same notes.

Show ship part information in orange when the number of unknown parts equals the number of left ship parts.
