Add double-click support when playing action cards or selecting on fire field.

Made some bug fixes, especially with network (e.g. shuffle cards when all action cards are used). Improved computer player.

Changed synchronizing behaviour a little bit (seems to work with Java 7 but still has problems with Java 6), add dialog for uncaught exceptions.
