Made some bug fixes, especially with network (e.g. shuffle cards when all action cards are used). Improved computer player.

Changed synchronizing behaviour a little bit (seems to work with Java 7 but still has problems with Java 6), add dialog for uncaught exceptions.

Functions to set the height and width of the game field in the config object.
The values will NOT be written back to the configuration file.
May be used for variable game fields.

Correction of typos.

Synchronize on objects instead on method level if possible.

Use the new tjger game speed menu.

Add a special menu for game speed.

Do not synchronize resetDelayActions on method level (otherwise network did not work correctly).

No ussage of generics with JCombobox with Java 1.6.

Allow horizontal scrolling also with shift mask.
