Made the austrian dialect more dialectic.

Option for the card sorting.

New method to replace a card from a player with another card.

Talon cards are now sorted.
Changed the order seqence of the card (hearts before diamonds).

Redundant storing of round finished state removed.

When the round has been locked, a last round signal is displayed in the control panel.

If the player who locked the round, dropped out, then the round was not finished.

If the player who locked the round, dropped out, then the round was not finished.

Joined some options in a seperate options dialog.

Typos in comments and variable names corrected.
