Fix bug when showing advertisement dialog and pressing back button.

Update to target API level 26, minimum 17.

Remove TODO-comments for the state dialog bugfix, update to target API level 26.

First attempt to fix problems when pressing back button on game state dialogs, requires to set minimum API level to 17 (instead of 16).

Sometimes an extra card was dealt after the expedition failed card was dealt.

Show the reason, why the expedition failed in the round dialog only when not all player left the expedition.

Show move hint in status bar.
