#23 tixAppContext:getimage fails to locate bitmap

tixAppContext:getimage fails to locate bitmap files when they have no or an unexpected extension.

I have a bitmap trig.bit and try to load it via
tix getimage trig.bit

This failes due to tixAppContext:getimage appending an extra dot when trying the no-extension branch.

Patch appended.
