I would love the ability to move plugins to any location along the bar, without being restricted to having them "locked" next to each other.

Ah, an enhancement request.  We've seen this one before and we normally just say "it can't be done because Titan Panel just doesn't work that way" but I'll leave this one as an enhancement request because we've seen this request in the past.  If enough people vote for (star) it, we will add this into our queue as an item if we ever do another complete Titan Panel rewrite as we have done in the past.

I didn't realize that it would require a complete re-write of the addon!  I
know almost zero about coding.  I did have an addon that did what I
suggested (part of LUI, which obviously is coded differently), but all my
info-text just disappeared recently, and I can't even begin to fathom why
(no new updates to the addon, just upgraded my video card and that's the
only thing that broke).  It gave you a basic anchor point and you input X,Y
coordinates for each plugin to be moved from said anchor point.  I
(mistakenly) assumed that Titanpanel did something similar, just simplified
so that it was easier to set-up.

So...yeah, if it got implemented, that'd be great, but I definitely
wouldn't want anyone to re-code an entire addon for one change!
