What version of Titan Panel are you using and on what operating system?
5.1.10.50100 (from Curse) OS-X 10.8
What steps will reproduce the thing you want enhanced?
1. Install Scrap and Broker_Scrap
2. Drag something from inventory to the broker
3. ...ideally, this should toggle the state
The other author suggests this requires an enhancement to the bar:
Support "OnDragReceive" calls. They work exactly as the "OnClick" ones.
