Currently TIPC does not allow you to change the netid (or the node
address) once the node address has been set.  The ability to make such
changes was removed in TIPC 1.5 because it did not work reliably, and
because it was felt that most users did not require the capability of
changing these values on-the-fly.

Is there any specific reason why this is not allowed?=20

again.
