Hi all, The tinyTiM project proudly announces the availability of a new release of the tinyTiM Topic Maps engine. This release implements the new TMAPI 2.0 a1 interfaces. Hi all,
I updated the trunk and it contains now a complete TMAPI 2.0 a1
Topic Maps engine. Note that TMAPI 2.0 a1 HAS NOT been released yet.
The trunk contains unofficial libs.
The build.xml was also updated. If you fetch rev 140 you should be
able to build your tinyTiM engine.
Minimally, you need to invoke
ant jar
and you'll get the "tinytim2.0.0a1.jar".
ant test
executes all TMAPI tests + tinyTiM's own tests.

Hi all, I released a new org.tinytim.mio package which provides deserilalizers for XTM, CTM, and LTM Topic Maps syntaxes. <https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=102341&package_id=109878&release_id=619560> Since it lacks of documentation, here a small tutorial: You need tinyTiM 1.5.0beta, the TMAPI 1.0 interfaces. Hi all, I moved my current tinyTiM 2.0 development snapshot into the trunk. Well, after a few tries I succeed. Note, that the build.xml is outdated etc. Anyway, if you import TMAPI 2.0 into Eclipse and tinyTiM 2.0, too, you'll be able to run the TMAPI 2.0 test suite against the trunk and you should get a green line :)) Best regards, Lars -- Semagia <http://www.semagia.com> |

Note: The 1.5 branch will not be developed further (only bugs will be fixed) because TMAPI 2.0 sticks its nose through the door. tinyTiM 1.5 stays TMAPI 1.0 centric, while tinyTiM 2.x will implement TMAPI 2.x. Hi all, I like to make a new release of tinyTiM 1.5 end of this week. IMO we should update the status to "beta". And then move on. Note, that the current release contains a critical bug c.f. #2038853 (Subject locators are not removable). (Too strange that neither TMAPI 1.0 nor tinyTiM itself has a test case for that). After a release we should tag the trunk and move tinyTiM 2.0 into the trunk. If we do not get any bug reports in the next 4 weeks, we rename the beta release into "tinyTiM 1.5" and release it. The release should be the last 1.5 release unless we get bug reports.
