[Tinytag-Walnut-user] Source Release Schedule

The source in cvs has has been stable for a long while, but we have been slow 
to make a proper release. It is time we pushed on with this.

1.0 beta 1 source release should be out tomorrow.

Using these libraries in a conventionally-distributed windows product has been 
a FAQ over the last few months. Lawrence has been isolating the tools that 
that we use for Gemini products  (in the FreezeTools cvs module) and we will 
be releasing these seperately in the next few weeks.
