Unless I'm mistaken, the toscheck script isn't included in the 06.01 RPM (try to install on fresh system). It'll work if you point your path at the <TOS tarball root>/tools/ directory, though. :)

You're right -- toscheck isn't copied to /usr/local/bin in the 0.6 RPM. In fact, I thought I'd taken the post-install call to toscheck out altogether since it will always fail, and warnings at the end of an RPM install don't foster warm/fuzzy feelings.
I put a new RPM online that does not do the toscheck and new linux installation instructions that includes a note at the bottom recommending that the user start with Lesson 0 of the tutorial -- that will step them through toscheck.
