Is there any documentation somewhere on the in-network programming? Once I put the PROG_COMM component on the mote, what software do I use to send the new program to the mote? Thanks,

  I'm not using the reprogramming (there is no support for MICA hardware yet), but I think this is the doc You are looking for: nest\tools\net\tinyos\codeGUI\readme

  There is some documentation on in-network programming, the document is
  in
  Nest/doc/tex/netprog.tex
  
  It is an initial cut, but it does describe the basics of network
  programming, and how to use the various tools.
