[TF] a11 hostname resolution issue

Ok, here's a small annoyance. I started v5a11 and connected to a 
server. It connected immediately, but for about 5 seconds after 
connected the status bar still said it was doing a hostname resolution 
on the server. Why would it say that when it's already connected?
