[TF] Window size changing issue.

Changing the window size used to clear the screen, which I found very
frustrating, but now it seems to cause some other weirdness, namely
forcing text into a few columns until you resize the window to where
it was before at which point everything is fine again.

Also, the newest tf alphas available at
http://ftp.tcp.com/pub/mud/Clients/tinyfugue/ but not at
ftp://tf.tcp.com/pub/tinyfugue

Not sure if that's intended or not, but both links are available on
the page, of course.
