[TF] TinyFugue 5.0 alpha 10 released

Ayup, that's probably it. Sorry for the lack of documentation reading,
I had never bothered to set the variable before so I hadn't considered
what it might do it if changed.

One thing I have noticed is that tf now seems a little more paste
friendly, it doesn't seem to fill til the end of the line with spaces,
which I always found to be very, very irritating.
