[TF] TF5.0a10 and inet6 support

When it's compiled with inet6 support, gethostbyname2 completely fails
to resolve hostnames or ipv4 ip addies. gethostbyname -does- work but
the whole thing fails elsewhere (it basically resolves, attempts the
connect but then drops it completely).

Compiling tf with --disable-inet6 makes it work fine with ipv4.

This is on Debian woody.
