[TF] TinyFugue 5.0 alpha 10 released

I got mine from 

http://ftp.tcp.com/pub/mud/Clients/tinyfugue/tf-50a10.tar.gz

which is, admittedly, not an ftp mirror, but it's accessable via FTP as well.

I haven't seen any muds running on ipv6 either.
