Excuse me, but there has been no new version for _years_.

I still belive that it's safe to assume, that TF5 will never be released.

TF4 is not supportet by its author anymore. There have been many 
bugreports - and all that Ken responded was "It's fixed in TF5". None of 
these bugs was fixed in TF4.

So please face the reality.

TF4 is used by a large community, some of them are continuing 
development on their own.
