[TF] I want to have a kill counter

Hi!

I am quite new to tf so I need some help getting started with the following.

I would like to have a kill counter to see how much my team has killed 
during the day. So I can get a report like.

You have got 12 kills.
Gandalf has got 18 kills.

... and so on.

And also a function to delete people from the list.
