[TF] TF and WinXP

Yeah, on XP, Search relies on the Index server, and it doesn't think .tf files are text files. Gotta love Windows, making life easier by hiding the really useful stuff behind smoke and mirrors :-(. It looks like it's being treated as a binary file, or an excluded file.
