Seems the tiny core forum doesn't think falsely accusing someone of a crime is an attack. They probably don't know the extent of the attack either, since most probably didn't see the redirect message that users coming from sourceforge all saw. This was an agressive, coordinated attack, instigated and allowed to continue by Robert Shingledecker. Period.
It also seems the tiny core community would rather promote that false information rather than discover the truth. The most helpful suggestion to Robert Shingledecker would have been "why don't you send him an email?"
I have moved the tinycore ISO images to the source directory and also added the source to the source just in case. When the metadata in the existing .meta4 files is closer to complete I will attempt to construct the metadata to build a meta4 which can be used to acquire a complete gpl compliant source tree.
the metalink files have sha-1 piece hashes now in 262144 byte chunks.
Enjoy!

Instead of getting down off his high horse and sending me an email, Robert Shingledecker has instead elected to whip the users of his forums into a frenzy and send them out to attack me on the internet.
Robert, are you so insecure that you cannot face me yourself? It's just email, don't be afraid...
This site is a metadata project related to DistrOS Linux, a mini linux distribution for managing and downloading bootable images. The current metadata used for the project is minimal and this project is to enhance that data to take into account all aspects of the metadata required to acquire and recreate any distribution. TinyCore Linux was one of the choices for a first complete model of a distros metadata because even though there are plenty of versions that already can easily work in DistrOS, the size of the data pool is relatively small, including all source code, in comparison with other distros. This should allow me to more easily create metadata which can also download and compile the source code tree, then make sure it works with larger distros. ... read more
I am attempting to remove all links to the tinycore pages. The Tiny Core Team is continuing and escalating their attack on me, while still failing to contact me at all and to prevent my contacting them. I'm busy working on the release for DistrOS Linux (https://sourceforge.net/projects/distroslinux/) now, thanks to their "encouragement" to discontinue using tcl. Even though the data on this site all specifically refers to the tinycore linux product they do not seem (of course I am guessing, there is no meaningful discussion, and I'm being generous throwing meaningful into that sentence) to feel it is appropriate to refer the folks that use tiny core via this metadata to the tinycore web pages. I will provide support here for this metadata and its accuracy. You're on your own if you want to try to deal with the (redacted) in the Tiny Core Linux community.... read more
This is not the Tiny Corp Linux website. You can find their homepage at http://
Note: 3/27/2011 links to Tiny Core Linux removed after being attacked by the tiny core linux administration team and forum menbers. sorry, hope you have better luck over there. I recommend Slitaz http://www.slitaz.org right now.
Members on the Tiny Core Linux forums have made some fantastic claims regarding this project page and my intentions here. They have elected to defame me and to state conclusions which they do no have enough data to support, rather than simply communicate with me. The Tiny Core administration team have not sent me any emails, and they have blocked my access to the TinyCore forums and deleted the posts I did make. In the process they also deleted the posts of a few of their members, including one, I think it was Guy, who finally asked the important question, why did I create this site? I want to respond do him, but as I said, my post, his post and my forum access were all deleted.... read more
