#2 Save file uses only LF

Saving a newly created file uses only LF instead of
CRLF (what still is standard on Wintel). This causes
errors with other editors if you transfer the file to
another PC.

It seems to be a function of the component I am using,
TSynEdit. I'll see what I can do.
