#91 Main window is Always on Top (which is annoying)
I've recently installed Tinn-R 4.0.2.1. The visual is nice, and some new features are cool. But strangely, the main window of the program now is always on top, hiding any other application. To get rid of the Tinn-R window, the user must minimize (or close) it! I don't know why it does that with this new version, but I'd really like the main window to be a regular window again in next release (or patch) of Tinn-R.
That, combined with recurrent issues with connecting Tinn-R with R (TinnRcom or svSocket delays and ping-pong attempts to communicate between T-R & R have made my R experience less comfortable these last days.

Make sure the on top option is not checked: Options/On top
This must be what is causing the "bug".

Thanks a lot for your answer. And, sincerely, I do apologize for posting this ticket; I should have inspected my settings more carefully prior to criticizing the software. Moreover, I remember mistakenly clicking on the paper clip icon recently, which caused the issue for sure. Anyway, the most important is: my Tinn-R now works well, including the other issue I described (I was able to resolve connection problems by changing some Administrator parameters on R or Tinn-R folders, and doing some other things). Thanks again!
