* Build system improved. Better support for ARCH/CPU/BOARD and possibility for application program to detect how the kernel is built using #include <tinker/config.h>

TinKer is starting to try out it's GNU wings on a medical equipment project. The effort feeds back valuable input that already has lead to some changes making it easier to use the kernel.
