#7 Define choices for attribute with type "list of values" - ?

I would like to create an attribute with a predefined set of choices.
I created a new attribute with type "list of values" and it shows up as combo box as expected. But how can I add choices to the combo box?

In dialog "Edit attribute type" use field with name "Default value". Enter several values delimited with ; symbol.
Example: value1;value2;value3

I tried some other delimiters but obviously skipped the ; ... ;-)
