The installer should create the application group under C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs to get TimeSlotTracker usable by any user. It currently creates the group under C:\Users\adminUsername\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs that allows that admin user only to run the program.
