#4 Todo Edit: context category

1) Bring up the ToDo list panel
2) Use Custom>some filter or Custom>edit

Select a filter that selects some category.

3) Use Edit>Create or the create button to create a new Todo

The category field in the Todo edit screen has blank selected as the category. It should really have the current category selected.
