This app has apparently been abandoned. It should really be removed from the web and not be available for download. It hasn't been updated to run in current operating systems, so there are features that are now broken and will not work.
This statement is based upon the fact that no bug report has been replied to in at least three years and none of the broken features have been fixed in longer than that.
Too bad, it was a great app.
